Please right click on the link below and select "Save Target As.." from the menu to download the remote support program, note that you will be prompted for a location where to save the downloaded program please select your computer's desktop or any location as long as you remember it. When download is complete please browse to the previously selected destination and run the file "aicremote.exe" by left clicking on it. You will be prompted by windows security for permission to run the program, please select "run" or "allow" when prompted.

Once you downloaded the remote support program and obtained the access code the program will create a virtual and secure 128bit encrypted tunnel to allow our technicians direct access and control to your computer so that they efficiently and quickly assist you and resolve any problems.
